1.	You fill in an Order form for trademark registration. We send to you the Order-letter and the Power of attorney.
2.	You fill Order-letter and send us its scanned copy by E-mail.
3.	Immediately you send us Order-letter for trademark registration and Power of Attorney for trademark registration by registered post.
4.	You send us trademark image in .cdr or .ai format (CorelDRAW or Illustrator programs). You can send it in the other programs, but these formats provide exact colors of trademark keeping at prints, presented for registration.
5.	Patent attorney checks trademark for absolute criteria of protectionability in accordance with the Law of Ukraine About rights protection for goods and services marks".
6.	In case you ask us we order and fulfill preliminary search for identity and similarity to trademarks which already have been registered in Ukraine. We recommend you to do it, otherwise possibility exists that registration application will be rejected. Preliminary search fulfillment cost depends on quantity of classes for which it is done. Search payment is to be done before Application for trademark registration submission.
7.	In case search results are satisfactory, we submit an application for classes you specified. When payment is done, we make all necessary documents, submit an Application to Ukrpatent and send you a copy of Application sent stamped confirming an Application acceptance.
8.	In 1-2 months period we also receive and send you an official Notification of Ukrpatent confirming Application for trademark registration acceptance.
9.	Application expertise is done in the period approximately 2 years from submission date. In the course of expertise inquiries can be received asking to clarify, change or add data given in application. If it happens, we'll inform you about it and suggest possible options of an answer. These services are provided according to separate contract and are paid apart from the Agreement.
10.	There is also an option to get quick expertise. It is done in 6 months after application submission as earliest. The period of this expertise fulfillment is 1-2 months. Quick expertise cost depends in classes quantity.
11.	After expertise fulfillment Ukrpatent issues "Decision regarding trademark for goods and services registration possibility".
12.	After it state duty is paid as well as our services for Certificate for trademark receipt.
13.	Afterwards your trademark will be published in official bulletin of the State Department of Intellectual Property. Publication is done in 1-3 month after decision is made.
14.	Only after this publication we get Trademark Certificate and send it you. Application submission means that starting from this day you protect your trademark in Ukraine. Trademark registration is an only way to prevent probable breaches and to protect trademark in Ukraine.
15.	In case you need it we can make and send documents to the Customs Authority asking to prevent income of goods to Ukraine imitating your trademark or coming to Ukraine illegally.
